      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits for employees on the floor.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of communication between management and workforce, as well as upper tier management and floor managers. Straight up lying from higher management, if your going to lay people off tell them, dont beat around the bush and say they will be safe.

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
