Pros

Great group of people to work with. Fun products. Creative atmosphere. Smart people. Competitive salaries and benefits.

Cons

Leadership was moved under corporate and there is a bit of a disconnect from reality. What made it fun place to work (the .com feel) has been slowly removed. A feeling that your job is at risk every day.

Pros

They have good managers, promote from within, have a good training program and follow up with programs . They pay well and get a company car.

Cons

The hours can be more than 40 hours and hiring can be difficult for the staff that is needed. If you are not flexible this is not the job for you.

Pros

Most people are pretty interesting.

Cons

Instead of picking just a few things and doing the really well, AGI usually starts too many projects in parallel and doesn't give them the attention they deserve. Also, senior developers often spend 30 to 70% of their time in meetings or writing status reports or doing other ulitmately useless work.
