I went through the many positive feedbacks but unfortunately the reality is different, 1. Work life balance: It is for favourite employees only. 2. Less bench: This is because they don’t put employees on bench, they tell them to leave the company immediately after they realise that there is no further work for him/her, they don’t even wait for 2 months. No one dares to oppose their decision as they are scared of their employment verification for next job. 3.Opendoor Policy: When I was harassed by my team lead I tried to use this policy but instead taking some action they asked me for the proof. 4. Good Projects: Guys they have some small projects in hand please do proper verification before joining this firm, changing job within 6 months or one year will put a bad impact on your resume. 5. Flexible working hours: Not everyone is lucky to get this benefit. I Joined this company as consultant and after 6 months company took me on payroll with a good hike and a mail for further two increments but after some time my team lead got insure about her job and started harassing me. I was already handling many things and she started to give me more responsibilities to spoil my performance, when this didn’t work she started sending me some irrelevant mails about my performance, I even replied to her mails and one day she suddenly started humiliating and abusing me that time I was in a deep shock so I mailed all the incident to the management to which she called me in her cabin and asked me for proof and told me to leave the job. I am still into deep depression and even scared of joining some another company. Please don’t join this company to ruin your carrier and life. If you join this company forget about your self respect.
