      - Wochenarbeitszeit von 40h wird tatsächlich eingehalten - Kollegen - Verantwortungsübernahme in Projekten möglich - Betreuung mit Feedbackmöglichkeit - Berücksichtigung eigener Interessen

      Cons

      - Projekte nicht ausschließlich mit Energiebezug, auch Organisationsmanagement bei Energieunternehmen (nicht meine Interessen, durfte jedoch viel Verantwortung übernehmen)
