      At HO - Interesting Work, Freedom to think and express, Accessible Senior Management, Normal working hours

      Cons

      Performance review system - Mostly based on individual's interactions with reviewer - partiality, seniority, influence everything works except work performance. Stagnation at same level and same salary, irrespective of performance So if you enter at a good position & salary - its a good place work wise

      Very challenging projects. Gives a chance to improve your technical & creative skills

      Lot of politics in the company and higher management is inefficient. Not paid fairly.
