Large exodus of engineers due to burn out due to long hours, weekend work, goal posts being moved, unsupportive leadership. Projects are perpetually rushed and under staffed resulting in delays, low quality products. Leadership disregards project schedule inputs from the engineers responsible for the project prior to kickoff, Engineering leadership doesn't understand product development or engineering management, and only gives positive news upwards in the chain of command.
