I enjoyed my time with this small company. You knew everyone personally all the way to the owners. They cared about employees, offered bonuses and even had a nice Christmas party when I worked there in 2017. Pay was competitive for the work then.

Not much room for career growth due to small number of positions. Particularly for drivers.
