I have worked for AER for over 20 years. I started as a Production Supervisor initially. Over the years I took on more and more responsibilities, and was promoted as a result. I can say that you are rewarded for your efforts at AER. If you are willing to put in the extra effort, it is worth it.

I think we can always improve communications. That is true in most organizations. I believe that communication is the key to any company's success.
