Pros
Amex Global Business Travel offers a great work life balance, allowing employees in certain positions to work from a virtual office. The salaries are extremely competitive and adjusted across the region based on the cost of living.
Cons
As with many companies, there are corporate challenges at GBT. Cutting critical resources, and quite often there is a lack of true understanding what is needed at the 'worker bee' level from a senior standpoint and processes or initiatives put in place do not align with what is really needed.
