Pros
As an employee with AECOM you have exposure to vast array of projects and services. Opportunity to work across business lines and work on global projects. I did work a lot of hours, but I was also offered flexibility to care for family needs.
Cons
Several managers are not held accountable for bullying employees as outlined in Code of Conduct Handbook. The cost of benefits is marginal. The pay is lower compared to competitors.
