Unrealistic pressure derived from shareholder and overseas prioritisation. Operations insists on ridiculous requirements and incredibly poorly documented quality requirements + box ticking exercises with a laughable one-size-fits-all approach for a company that has wildly varying services. Seniors can be bullies.
