      Pros

      Great technical resources and people. Great internal systems and structures to support project managers. Global opportunities on the horizon - not quite there yet.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is a mess. Expectations in this economy are not attainable or reachable. Not sure how some of the military support contracts mesh with the mission/vision of the company. Driven by stockholders and not client service.

      Pros

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
