Pros

Extremely competitive salaries. Some flexibility (telework, etc.), depending on manager.

Cons

Leadership--seven VPs, all men, all but one white--consistently perpetuate a sexist, racist, ageist culture. In contrast, the majority of the staff (non-VP level) are well-educated, hard-working young and mid-career females whose voices are repeatedly either ignored (including when it comes to sexual harassment, racial discrimination, etc. to the point that some staff are afraid to come to the office) or stolen (e.g., having ideas misrepresented by colleagues as their own). Policies in place for ethics are totally disregarded from the leadership team demonstrating the level/lack of respect for the staff and fomenting / normalizing unethical behaviors of other staff. Zero business strategy--poor performance on a number of projects, inability to win bids (including follow-ons). Benefits (paid time off, health, etc.) are bare minimum.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
