Pros
Had a great boss who is still a close personal friend, variety of clients and projects, the APIC project management system, the alternative workweek program with every other Friday off, great co workers, honorable Metcalf and Eddy heritage.
Cons
Excessive layers of upper level management, constant changes, extreme focus on finances and stock value at expense of workplace morale, some managment staff who showed no respect for other employees as people, excessive numbers of corporate emails.
