Pros
There is air in the office although management try and suck that and replace it with their toxic fumes. Very high level of skills and experience within the teams, but recognition is non-existent from group leads and above. End up just being another number. Some good and varied projects, opportunities to move between offices.
Cons
(Mis)Management. Complex structure. What do these people do on a daily basis, except apply more pressure and less recognition. Systems are clumsy and not geared up to help Project Managers. Used more a tracking system and a stick to beat you with. Performance reviews are a joke. Work all year to told your average. Do they not realize the nine box rating system doesn’t work. It will drive the talent away and they will be left with the average employees. Bit of a club. If you’re not in the social mix, you’re going nowhere fast (or slowly).
