Most of the positives have been eroded since retiring legacy brand names. Large organisation that should be able to leverage its global footprint.
Cons
Seems to be interested only in mega size projects. No apparent investment into business integration. Company is obsessed with micromanagement, pushing "one size fits all" approach without considering consequences. Procedures promote staff responsibility but provide no empowerment. Organisation has become so large that a simple task takes incredible amount of time and effort to complete. Satisfying the internal system seems more important thant the client satisfaction. Selection of management tools is very poor but no discussion is permitted on that subject and there is no desire to change. Large number of professional calibre staff leaving putting more pressure on those still in.
