Poorly trained techs. They ran off most of the good ones. Farming out most of our call center and IT staff to other countries. Cutting lots of support staff. Not paying fully on commissions. Most leads are trying to be sold over the phone or given to TE techs who are paid by the hour and high pressure sales to customers. Customers then give bad reviews. My referrals have gone from 12 a months to 2 because of bad experience my customers get from the phone support. Management not trained and only carries about their bonus. The CEO once ran the worst dealer company now is driving ADT corp into the ground. equipment issues
