They up the pressure every month with new tighter numbers to hit. That aren’t truly based on how much you’re working or the sales you achieve. Theres a lot of factors that set you up for failure. For example if your manager is supposed to only have 30 min meetings and they take a hour, that counts against your numbers. They make sure to threaten you every day with losing your job even when you’re one of the top sellers. Even if you’re only off by .2% There’s no sick leave. Better not get the flu cuz they don’t care, even if you have a drs note. No grace given, ever. Only 12 days of pto. It’s really only meant for you to work as strict as possible with no give. My coworkers were skipping breaks and coming to work very ill to meet these numbers.
