Training, information, training wages, free trip!
Cons
Size and management, lack of support, changes in policies. Total disorganization, favoritism. The manager spends time with some people outside of work, those people get the inside track on better leads and inside access to information not available to all sales staff. Revolving door on sales staff kills morale. If the manager isnt buddies with you, expect to work hard for free! The manager has little to no time for you if a problem arises or a question comes up but has plenty of time for solitaire on the computer. Atmosphere causes great contention between sales staff and installation/administration/and management.
