Pros
The only positive thing I could say about this "job" is that you learn really fast how poor the sales skills are of your fellow associates. Decent benefit package. Good coffee
Cons
They hire anybody with a pulse and who's had ANY kind of sales training. Even that's questionable. The technical product training and "sales" training are almost non existent. You have to figure most of it our on your own or are suggested by management to get advice from your fellow sales reps, who are about as experienced as you. This is the typical "throw crap against the wall, some sticks, most dont" business. Their compensation package "claims" that you will make $50,000 your first 12 months IF you attain certain sales quotas. (The vast majority of the reps dont / wont make anywhere near that - assuming they stay on for 12 months)
