Most the staff make this a nice place to work, there is some diversity.

Management don't lead, often ask there staff to do things they wouldn't do themselves. The time they spend making a decision about something end up not being financially beneficial and there is a lack of transparency and high turnovers. The company they use to get their ISO accreditation is a joke. Getting work out the door is more important then quality. No surprise when they sell a job position with terms fast-paced environment. Which also leads into work life balance they claim to have.
