Pros
I was paid 18.54 which was good but didn’t amount to the stuff everyone had to put up with. Coworkers were the reason I got through the day. We all really got along.
Cons
The donors are extremely rude and demanding. We are working our fastest and doing our best while being extremely understaffed. Management has horrible communication skills and confuse staff because they are all on different pages. The center director doesn’t care about anything staff has going on at home and continuously changes schedules every couple of weeks. It’s overwhelming and everyone in staff is over worked and underpaid.
