      None. Even the commute is bad.

      Upper management treats everyone as expendable and the lack of communication between different projects and/or teams makes it unnecessarily hostile and miserable.

      Pros

      Some interesting projects that you basically work round the clock for. They allow for some travelling, but youre only traveling to the venue and are working 20 hr days.

      Cons

      Overworked and expected to work after hours, be on call and but not get paid overtime. The typical "this company is a family" load of garbage. Co-workers and HR who toss you aside.
