1. Manager and HR have limited English proficiency but expect employees to have excellent English skills especially communicate with them. 2. Manager and management leave early for personal reasons but pass down their job to employees and expect them to work overtime to complete the “extra” tasks 3. Manager engages in gossip with favored employees, creating a private group to discuss negatively about other team members. If new staff doesn't perform well as THEIR expectation, they may be threatened for dismissal. 4. Don't believe the company's high benefits and the option to wfh because these perks are only for management and their favoured employees. 5. Manager and her preferred staff who can work from home, but keep complaining about fatigue when they come to the office but still can get travel allowances. 6. Toxic company, toxic management
