Small work group, so individual attention when it was needed.

Several times you'd be told that such a thing was going to take place in a few weeks and then months later it still didn't happen. Warehouse environment that we were told would be made into a two story office setting that never even began, so it was frigid in the winter and sweltering in the summer and all you're doing is sitting at a computer.
