      Good CEO and most svps Friendly environment

      Cons

      Poor HR service Lots of people in HR laughing and talking all day, wouldn't survive outside of UAE, governments drive to give them money while being away from the home or cafe Challenge status quo difficult

      There's some good hands on experience to be had here.

      High turnover has made standards messy. You have to wait for someone to retire to move around in the company.
