Pros
I have worked for OC as a Static Operator for over 2 years as a part-timer. I have never had one problem neither with the head office team nor my team at the building. The company has been so supportive during my studies while I was working. I got paid for my sick days (mind you I don't get sick much), my holidays have always been approved or even my last minute emergency appointments never caused any problems. Head office and the operations team have always very prompt when responding to my emails and calls and provided me with employee letters as soon as possible if I needed one. Furthermore, I really want to highlight that my account manager Abigail Smith was a real pleasure to work with: she visited me regularly; did her best to resolve any problems I may have had; she has been a great conservationist; and acted as a great bridge between me and the head office. I couldn't ask for a better one! No cons from my side. I just want to say a HUGE thank you for everybody and I wish the company and its employees all the best in the future.

As I have had no problems with the company, there is honestly no cons from my side.
