Pros

The staff who share the floor with you are great. A nice international atmosphere, though there is some prejudice against those who do not speak fluent French (even if the management says they hire you for your English). Honestly, if you're just there for the summer, it's fine.

Cons

- No control over you schedule at all. This includes weekends and overnights (23h-7h). I often heard permanent staff complaining that they haven't been "allowed" to take time off in months. - Pay is low - just a few cents above minimum wage. Considering you have no control over your schedule and can't work from home, it should be more. - They say remote work is possible, but it is not. Especially if hired for the summer or winter rush. The entire job could be done remotely, especially since they work out of a virtual machine. Very archaic to not have full-time télétravail as an option. - Management and Admin don't really care about you or your circumstances. Just show up and do the work with no fuss and they'll leave you alone.

Pros

Great atmosphere to work in! a laid back but hard working atmosphere, all staff are extremely helpful and are open to any queries you may have. Amazing for experience speaking French over the phone to garages and mechanics

Cons

Contracts are often temporary and permanent contacts will be offered based on performance during the temporary contact period.
