Managers are rich snobs who sweet-talk new hires, make the job sound great & how Act is an important part of the industry. They have an inflated sense of self. The company turnover is hilarious. Unrealistic expectations & it’s impossible to ever get an approved day off. Works on saturdays too. for seniority & doing your job well. You will get written up if you spell a word wrong. The company is disrespectful to appraisers and consistently has to back peddle with clients because they fired an appraiser who was excellent in his field. Worse company in the industry.
