Pros
It's hard but rewarding work and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the company. There was room for growth and I received multiple raises within a year.
Cons
Uneducated bosses micromanaging aspects that don't relate to overall productivity and customer satisfaction. An unorganized and sloppy business model overall as well as unequal treatment of employees.
