Pros
Holidays are not touched. No extra classes/CCA/meetings during the holidays. Still overall better than working at MOE, although it’s getting more academic oriented compared to 6 years ago. Students are nice.
Cons
Poor planning of the year’s programs. Difficult to plan for the lessons ahead. Only can do so one term at a time. School rules are not enforced by the school leadership but it’s communicated to teachers to enforce. This makes it difficult as there are different standards by different teachers.
