Cons
The company talks a lot about valuing employees, but in practice the client always comes first. Once you’re placed at a client location, you’re mostly on your own. Communication from the company becomes very limited unless they need something from you. A lot of what is discussed during onboarding doesn’t match the actual experience after joining. Expectations around projects, support, and work culture can be quite different from what is initially presented. HR is often difficult to reach and doesn’t always provide clear answers when employees need help. There is a lack of transparency around important decisions, and employees are frequently left to figure things out themselves. the overall experience would be much better if the company invested as much effort in supporting employees as it does in keeping clients happy.
