Pros

Pretty office space (with plenty of space, since only 60% is being utilized), close to the mall. Friendly staff when you can speak to them.

Cons

Employees are overworked, burning out is very easy. No set processes in place. Management only cares about billable work. Each software release has more and more bugs which need to be fixed, but staff can't spend a lot of time on fixes because they are not billable. 80% of work is not billable because of the bugs, but staff are constantly being reprimanded for not having their billable hours up to 75%! Employees have no support from management, no employee reviews, they just laid off a bunch of staff due to poor management decisions. Those of us left are scared to death each day we come in. Half the employees are already interviewing to get out, including myself.

Managed by patent company who doesn't really understand associations or how to sell to associations. Compensation is abysmal. No growth opportunities.
