      Pros

      Flexible schedule, kids can be fun. Some supervisors and coworkers are good but many aren't.

      Cons

      ABA field is severely flawed, people are jaded, overworked, and underpayed. Management is hit or miss, RBT culture is cliquey and weird depending on your office location. Company doesnt offer adequate raises, no pay for last minute cancelations, difficult to get consistent hours. Don't recommend unless you truly believe in ABA and love love love kids.

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
