8yThank you for your in-depth and detailed feedback. It is reflective of the passion we look for in our staff. As with any growing organization in a dynamic industry, we have experienced growing pains and have undoubtedly made mistakes along the way, but we have learned from our past and pride ourselves in actively upholding to the highest compliance standards in all aspects of our operations. Some of the concerns raised appear to indicate misunderstanding or lack of awareness, which ultimately means we must do a better job reinforcing this information to our staff. We highly encourage staff to follow outlined policies and procedures through appropriate departments to meet their needs and encourage open and direct communication. Please know we actively attempt to raise the bar in the quality of our systems and support departments to ensure we are able to meet both the needs of our staff and our clients. Increased clarity and communication is a shared vision of ours, and we are currently working to launch a HIPAA compliant messaging solution that we hope will allow for even more efficient and effective communication company-wide.
The ABA industry is constantly changing and ACES is excited to be at the forefront of this evolution. We will continue to invest in, and work diligently with, our staff to maintain ACES reputation of strong culture and providing tremendous growth opportunities for individuals who have made ABA their life’s work.
