      Pros

      -Your team (external, championships, business/finance, etc.) will be phenomenal. Wonderful people. -You are unlikely to find better benefits at a private company in the USA. -Leadership cares about you as a person, understands being flexible for emergencies and family situations. -Get to travel to some cool places and experience amazing moments.

      Cons

      -There can be an "upstairs vs. downstairs" vibe. -It's sports, so expect nights and weekends at times.

      Pros

      Great people. Loved the overall office culture and the autonomy/trust to do your job at a high level. Chance to work at the top tier of college athletics and networking opportunities at every turn.

      Cons

      No upward mobility unless you are content with being in the same job title for 10+ years. Doesn't seem to be a strategy in hiring vs. growing internal talent. Lack of communication from the top down. Salary for Coordinators/Asst. Directors is very low compared compared to similar roles/job descriptions across the field.
