Pros
Fun events and great Christmas parties, catered food often, free parking, office design is beautiful. Basically just enough to keep those who get woo'd easily, woo'd. NOTE: If you remove the people who work there from the corporate setting and mentality, they are genuinely great people who are unfortunately blinded by a toxic environment.
Cons
We could play a game of 'find which positive reviews management wrote on Glassdoor to save face' but that would be a waste of time because they're pretty obvious. As my title states, ACASS is the textbook definition of a toxic workplace environment. Don't be woo'd by the lavish kitchen, pristine boardrooms, and plastered smiles. While I do believe those who work there are nice people at their core, it does not diminish the better-than-thou attitude from upper management, the lack of empathy for lower-level employees, or the nonexistent work-life balance. Some of the BEST people are the ones who have left in the past few years, and all of them because they realized their worth as humans; when it comes to both their mental health and their salaries. Now don't get me wrong, the ''review'' that mentions ACASS is the perfect place for the ''right'' person is very much accurate. If you get startled by a fleck of dust on your desk, enjoy taking your work home with you every night, brand new co-workers every other week, and a rigid work environment - then yes, it is for you. But for those of you who value empathy and mental health.... keep looking.
