      Pros

      The time I spent with the old Bulletproof guys was some of the best I've ever had. They were technically proficient and precise in their work.

      Cons

      Things have changed since then, and the quality has suffered due to the stress and pressure from customers. The only method that prevails is Lean. They are building new houses without soil testing. Things going downhill and it continues. In addition, the salaries are below par and the VAR compensation structure is complicated and difficult to understand.

      Pros

      There is positive for everything, else it will be nuked even here. A series of similar and overwhelmingly positive reviews may indicate that they are not genuine. It's important to evaluate the authenticity of these types of reviews. This explains all about this organization. It`s only for "yes man" kind of organization. If you are like one of those go for it.

      Cons

      I was extremely disappointed with my time at this company. The salary was inadequate and fell below market rates, a sentiment echoed in the numerous negative salary reviews. The company culture, which was once a strong point, has now declined significantly. Attrition rates are alarmingly high, and HR shows a lack of interest in employee feedback. To make matters worse, the middle management is ineffective and provides no real value. While some customers may have a positive experience, I cannot recommend this company based on my own experience. On top of that they follow some bookish 50th percentile salary benchmark.
