Pros
Great benefits. It's a great company to work if you happen to be one of their favorites. If they don't like you you're screwed!
Cons
They are extremely rigid and have unrealistic expectations of trainees. You are not allowed to miss any days of training, if you get sick and come to work anyway they will send you home and you will get an adverse letter even tho you showed up. If you are a minute late they'll give you an adverse letter. If you fail a test they will give you an adverse letter. You are only allowed to get 3 adverses and with out hesitation they'll kick you to the curb with a smile on their face while they are doing it. You supposedly get 3 attempts to take your dl170 practical/behind the wheel test but if you have any adverse letters they count that as attempt at the test and it will be used against you. So if you have two adverse letters before your big test you only have one shot at the test and if you fail you're gone!
