Pros
Varied and interesting work. Projects generally turned around in 3-6 months which keeps the mix of work refreshing and interesting. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming, a great working environment. The focus is firmly on quality and technical excellence, so you are always challenged. Learning is generally on the job, as the wealth of experience within the company is vast.
Cons
Pay is a little lower than average I would guess. Size of the company did lead to a bit of a stuffy atmosphere in senior management at times. Social events are generally staff driven, management tend not to engage.
