Pros
The founders of the set up a good business in the renewable energy domain. Company has good values; the spirit within the company is good, underpinned by its summer and Christmas parties. The company philosophy is empower its employees, which can work well in smaller organisations.
Cons
With about 1000 staff members, the organisation is not well structured. Secondly, companies’ bread and butter are projects and the set-up of stage gate’s processes has deficiencies.
