      Gives freedom to work on the things you like, very casual flat culture at Clearing. People care for each other it feels like.

      Cons

      Salary system just makes no sense, the increases are not fair due to weird rules. Main bank feels very bureaucratic.

      Pros

      Decent pay when you are early in career WLB good depending on team/manager but overall good.

      Cons

      Management team is unprofessional, some are rude, hard to work with, negative, and made the environment unpleasant.
