Pros

- Some employees are very nice. - On occasion you will help a deserving person out of a poor situation.

Cons

- You will work 9-12 hours per day, often 6 days per week, for about 8 months of the year. There are exceptions, but your job is to fill awful minimum wage jobs from a small database of unmotivated workers who would rather collect EI. - The culture is fake positivity, and lip service. All employees are expected to praise ABL at all times, and reaffirm how lucky they are to work there. If an employee is not seen as "chipper" or ever disagrees, they are fired. This creates a nervous atmosphere where even veteran employees have no sense of job security. - No one is ever fired from ABL, they are "laid off". No warnings are given, no write ups, no explanation to the terminated employee. It's a dishonest practice.
