Pros
It’s a “big company” place to work, but it’s a relaxed environment. Full benefits available. Job evaluations every so often that potentially leads to raises. Like I said, this isn’t a small business dead end situation here.... it was truly nice to work here
Cons
My only major gripe was that they closed up shop in Miami and moved to Chicago. Starting pay was a bit low.
