      Pros

      Absolutely love the weekly team meetings and management meetings that are scheduled monthly at all levels. Staff are positive and willing to teach others. There are several advancement opportunities within the company and childcare industry within MD.

      Cons

      Split schedule is flexible for those in school, but can be challenging for other needs.
