      Decent pay, and work from home

      Cons

      Managers make quick decisions and direct us to do tasks, and then have an about face, and change things. This happens all the time, it's frustrating. Also, the HR department is not great.

      I had a lot of friends at work and it used to be a fun place as there was little pressure

      Cons

      David Herer ran the company pretty loosely and we had a fun environment to work in. This is now gone with the new owners
