Pros
- Great onboarding process (lots of trainings and people willing to teach you) - High salary with complete benefits and bonuses - Your hardwork gets noticed and you will get rewarded if you do well in your job - Flexibility in arranging your workload and schedule - High emphasis in teamwork and team culture
Cons
While there are a lot of great points, the company work style lacks duality and challenge, which makes young hires to want to or even actually leave the company within a couple years. - Work life gets boring (you do the exact same job everyday with very little dynamics) - A lot of loyal (oldies) people, but not as much younger people (freshgrads to 30ish years old). Company is trying to retain new employees but the working style and environment is a bit rigid/dated for newer hires to stay
