      Good to know A320 family.

      Cons

      Low salary and They had discrimination between French speaker and non-French speaker. most of project manager, chief and inspectors tend to give good task to French speaker. if you are non-French speaker, you would get dirty and bad job at least for 1 year and hard to fill out your logbook. HR has to figure out why non-French speaker quit easily here.

      Pros

      Coworkers are sometimes great. Supervisors are ok.

      Cons

      Shift managers are arrogant and destroying team morale. The toxic leadership is destroying the team that is still there and forcing them to look for work elsewhere.
