Pros

It's a great place to get experience and learn about Aviation. If you're getting your A&P license while you're here, this is the spot. The only thing is, you don't want to stay long term.

Cons

Go to another company as fast as you can, this company doesn't value it's employees at all. Everyone is disposable and lay-offs are constant.

Okay. Got it, & THX for review/post. Also everybody, the A&P is a certification, as opposed to a licensure. The "A" & the "P" are the ratings. Keep trying to uplift that. Switching gears, outside of the Miami station, actively hiring R/E Techs for the new RFD center. Apply today, should another chance be given on your end. Again, thank-you, & blue skies! V/R, G-Man

Pros

good pay and that's it.

Cons

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
