Pros
Some good, kind people work and have worked for this company.
Company gives hourly associates a rally every month, with catered food and free prizes.
Free lunch and discounts
Cons
Expected to do much more work than is possible without the proper staffing levels in place.
Dual hotel property, however it is essentially ran as one big hotel, great for the companies bottom line, but this leads to ambiguity of responsibilities.. You will work at both even if you are hired for just one.
Expect to work long hours (10+ hrs), 6 or 7 days sometimes if needed while being on-call. absolutely no work/life balance
Extremely high turn over rates as well as frequent micromanaging from corporate. You have minimal say in what happens in your department.
Many supervisory positions have been eliminated, so growth from within the hotels is very limited.
Bonus is laughably small..
